By installing or using Invoicify Pro, you agree to this policy.

When you install the App, we automatically access certain data from your Shopify account through Shopify’s API, including:

  • Store name, email address, and contact information

  • Order details (order ID, customer name, email, shipping address, order total) — only used to generate invoices

  • Store settings and currency information

We do not collect or store customer payment details, passwords, or sensitive financial information.

3. How We Use Information

We use your data strictly to provide and improve our services:

  • Generate and send invoices for orders

  • Customize invoice templates with your store branding

  • Provide customer support and notify you about updates

  • Maintain app functionality and performance analytics

We never sell or rent your information.

4. Data Retention

We retain store and order information only as long as your subscription is active.
Upon uninstalling the App, your data is automatically deleted within 30 days.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share limited information with:

  • Shopify – to enable integration and app functionality

  • Service Providers – such as cloud hosting or email delivery (e.g., SendGrid, AWS), strictly for operational purposes

All partners are GDPR- and CCPA-compliant.

6. Email Delivery

Invoicify Pro can send invoices either:

  • From our system email domain, or

  • From your own verified store email (if configured), providing greater credibility and brand trust.

7. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, secure APIs, and limited access controls to protect your data from unauthorized use or disclosure.

8. Your Rights

If you are located in the EU or other regions with privacy laws, you may request to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your data

  • Withdraw consent at any time by uninstalling the app
